I really enjoy working with seniors to help them better their lives and take control of their retirement,” says Marina.

Marina brings patience, listening skills, honesty, and integrity to all of her customers. She is dedicated to educating each person in understanding the process of the home equity conversion mortgage (HECM) or “reverse mortgage” program.

Prior to her work as a reverse mortgage consultant, Marina worked in the solar industry, helping homeowners in Santa Cruz County. Her career in book publishing in the San Francisco Bay Area spanned over 20 years, including sales, licensing, and work as a literary agent. She has also served as a volunteer at several non-profit organizations, including Friends of the Elderly. Currently, she serves as president of the board of the Bay Village Homeowners Association in Watsonville. Marina loves volunteering at the Mid-County Seniors Center "90's Club."

Marina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and pursued graduate work at Portland State University and Golden Gate University School of Law. When not working, Marina enjoys hiking, swimming, and traveling. She calls Santa Cruz home.
