Marina Watts is a mortgage loan originator and branch manager in Santa Cruz, CA for HighTechLending, a top-10 reverse mortgage lender.  For nearly a decade, Marina has specialized in reverse mortgages to better serve seniors in her community. She focuses on educating people about reverse mortgages through regular seminars at local community centers. With her clients, she prides herself on providing excellent communication and customer service while guiding them through the steps of obtaining a reverse mortgage.

Marina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and pursued graduate work at Golden Gate University School of Law and Portland State University. During her work in book publishing, she co-authored Poetry For Dummies. Marina has volunteered at Grey Bears in Santa Cruz, the senior center in Capitola “90s Club,” and is as past president of the Bay Village Homeowners Association in Watsonville. When not working, Marina enjoys hiking all around the Monterey and Bay Areas, swimming, reading, and traveling.
