Property tax installment due Wednesday
The County of Santa Cruz reminds property owners that the second installment of property taxes is due by Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 5 p.m. Residents have several ways to pay property taxes including:

Online e-check.

Credit or debit card. There is a 2.29% convenience fee for using your credit card to pay your property taxes.

Mail. Please mail your payment to P.O. Box 1817, Santa Cruz, 95061-1817. Include your parcel number on your check and your payment coupon, if
available. Be sure to have a postmark on the envelope of no later than April 10, 2019.

In person. Go to the County Governmental Building, 701 Ocean St., Santa Cruz, Room 150, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
To view your tax bill or pay online for free with e-check go to http://ttc.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/TaxBills and enter your parcel number. Parcel numbers can also be obtained by entering your address online at http://sccounty01.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/ASR .If you need assistance paying your bill, please call (831) 454-2510.
